Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases will  receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

For your convenience, drop-off appointments are available. Scheduling a  'drop-off ' means you can bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for  a while.  Usually we will ask you to drop your pet off sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments or at the times we reserve for admitted patients. Once the doctor has examined your pet, she will give you a call to go over the diagnosis, treatment plan and to give you discharge instructions.

For the safety of all animals in our care, we recommend your pet's vaccinations be up to date.  We do tailor our vaccine recommendations to the age, breed and lifestyle of your pet.  Please discuss vaccine recommendations and requirements with your veterinarian.

Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets.  We require that  your dog be on a leash or in a carrier and that your cat be in a carrier before entering the building.  An unrestrained pet can suddenly become a danger to him/herself or to others.  Even if your animal is gentle and well trained, we cannot predict the behavior of other animals that may suddenly come in.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Care Credit, cash and personal checks.
